This month we are supporting Cornwall’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) by gathering feedback about their service. We will be working in collaboration with Healthwatch Cornwall to do this. Listening to people’s experiences of health and social care services, whether good or bad, and sharing this with the commissioners or providers of them to influence positive change is at the core of what Healthwatch Cornwall does. We feel it is important to work with them to help gain feedback for CAMHS.
We will be working alongside Healthwatch Cornwall for the next few months to gather information about individuals’ and families’ experiences. Healthwatch Cornwall will analyse this feedback for any trends in topic or issue. They will inform CAMHS of the findings and potentially act on any recurring trends.
It is important to note that your feedback can be anonymous.
This information will be important to CAMHS in helping shape their services to better meet individual and family needs by learning what is working well and what needs improvement.
You can give feedback in several ways.
- You can drop into Spectrum’s Pearl Centre in Truro and fill in a form.
