Spectrum provides residential care and education for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and other similar conditions.  The individual's needs and principles of person-centred planning underpin everything we do.

Our 25 homes in Cornwall provide residential care for over 90 people, many from outside the county.  We employ roughly 450 people, provide training for all our staff and run an education centre for children and young people aged 11-19.

All our homes are much like ordinary family homes; service users live in environments which match their needs and aspirations.  They also take part in the running of their homes and make choices about how their lives are managed.  As much as anyone else, they're part of society, and so are encouraged to contribute towards it, as well as benefit from what it offers.

Spectrum is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission and Ofsted.
