We are happy to create the right place for would-be service users.  To make sure that we understand exactly what is required, we will carry out a full service needs assessment – free of charge.

To begin with, we need to have some background information about the person concerned.  You will soon be able to download the questionnaire from this website.  In the meantime, please ask us to mail it to you.  Once we have received the information, we can arrange to visit the person to complete the process.  Then we work

out exactly what the person needs in terms of initial staffing ratios and specialised support, and from this we calculate our costs.

Because everyone is different, their needs can vary considerably.  Sometimes people come to us in crisis from failed placements and initial costs can be quite high.  These costs can often be reduced once the person has settled and the right level of support is in place and being maintained.
