On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms and one single. There is a luxurious main bathroom, fully tiled with shower and a separate cloakroom and additional shower room. There is oil-fired central heating throughout.
The staff team has an on-going training programme which is designed to meet the needs of the service users within Spectrum. Training is monitored and routinely refreshed to ensure that all team members are working to the same consistently high standards and that each service user is safe, healthy and happy. All team members work to person-centred planning principles to ensure that the service users’ own aspirations and needs are understood and fulfilled.
