Maintenance Team Manager
39 hours per week
Spectrum has over twenty properties in central Cornwall, most of which are homes for autistic people. Other properties are a school for autistic children and the head offices near Truro, where the maintenance team is based on site.
The team plays a vital role in responding to various needs across the properties – from scheduled decoration and renovation to emergency repairs and other heavy-duty jobs. All our homes need to be safe, autism-friendly environments which conform to regulatory expectations. This gives you the unique opportunity to learn about autism and how to match your skills to the needs of our service users and become a specialist in working in a care setting. The work is varied and sometimes challenging – you will never be bored!
The post is permanent, 39 hours per week (Mon-Thu 0900-1700, Fri 0900-1600)
