St Erme House

St Erme House is one of three properties that make up Spectrum's original campus at St Erme, a small village close to Truro.

Originally a rectory, St Erme House along with St Michaels and The Lodge, shares extensive grounds containing a wooded area, a fruit and vegetable garden with an orchard, and a large field with a tamed wilderness area at one end. In front of the houses is a lawned area and there is a separate car park near the entrance to the property. St Erme Campus can provide accommodation for up to twenty individuals across the three houses.

St Erme House provides accommodation for six people and consists of five self-contained apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area, dining area and lounge area. There is separate living space for two other individuals which consists of two bedrooms and bathrooms and two lounges. The house also has a communal lounge/dining area and a kitchen. There is a large private garden to the rear which is mainly laid to lawn.
